Dosage: Adults take 1g-3g in a glass of fruit juice or water and dissolve up to 3 times daily. Children over 2 years take half the dose.

Sodium Ascorbate:

Ingredients: Active ingredients per 1 gram: Sodium Ascorbate 1g equivalent, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 880mg – Non acidic form of Vitamin C.

Dosage: Adults take 1g-3g in a glass of fruit juice or water and dissolve up to 3 times daily. Children over 2 years take half the dose.

Ascorbic Acid:

Ingredients: Active ingredients per 1 gram: Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1g

Ingredients: Active ingredients per 1 gram: Vitamin C 562mg (from Calcium Ascorbate 224mg, Sodium Ascorbate 88mg, Ascorbic Acid 250mg), Hesperidin 140mg, Rutin 14mg – Natural Orange Flavoured.

Dosage: Adults take 1g-3g in a glass of fruit juice or water and dissolve up to 3 times daily. Children over 2 years take half the dose.
