Floradix Calcium Magnesium with Zinc and Vitamin D, is a pleasant tasting vitamin and mineral supplement that may assist in the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. A woman's calcium requirement is increased after menopause, and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Generally speaking, osteoporosis is not simply a problem of insufficient calcium intake, but also of incorrect calcium utilisation by the body. Only a medical practitioner can diagnose osteoporosis. Floradix Calcium Magnesium with Zinc and Vitamin D has been specially formulated to effectively support the adequate absorption and proper utilisation of calcium by the body.
Higher magnesium to calcium ratio helps to facilitate proper calcium utilisation, whilst the active form of Vitamin D (D3) - aids in the absorption process. Vitamin D3 is four times more potent than Vitamin D2*. Floradix Calcium Magnesium with Zinc and Vitamin D has been designed as a tonic, so provided your health care practitioner has established a need for vitamin supplementation, it is safe to take on a daily basis in the recommended dose.
Adults: 25 ml twice a day before meals.
Children (between 6 to 12 years): 25 ml daily before a meal.

In a non-medicinal base of fruit juices from mango, orange and culinary herbal decoction of fennel, rosella, chamomile and spinach. Contains fructose and carob seed.
